Subscription & Pro Account Terms

Before you buy, we will show the plan, its features, the price including VAT where applicable, the billing interval (monthly or annual), and any free trial or promotional terms. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Features labelled "coming soon" are not included until they launch.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until you cancel. We will remind you before renewals and trial ends where required by law, and give advance notice of any price change, which you can avoid by cancelling.

You can cancel at any time in your account, as easily as you signed up. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

If you are a consumer, you normally have 14 days from purchase to cancel and receive a refund. If you ask for the service to start straight away, we may deduct a proportionate amount for the time used. Business users do not have this statutory right but can still cancel future renewals.

Apart from your statutory rights, payments are not refundable for partly used periods. If the service is not provided with reasonable care and skill, contact us and we will put it right or give an appropriate refund.

Founding 200 entitlements are free for the stated period and never convert into a paid plan without your active agreement. Promo codes follow their stated conditions and have no cash value.
